You can send the product directly to the addresse that apearse on the invoice that you received with the product. We ask that you send us the product in perfect conditions and with it´s original packaging with in 15 days from the purchese including the original invoice.

Changing for another product. The change can be done with a product of equal value
The returner will be made as soon as possible, always in the 14 days returned policie. The return will be made on the same credit card and that was used for the purchase or on the paypal account that was used.
Products that arn´t returned in the same conditions you recieve then or have been worn more them just the opening of the product will not the refunded or changed
POLICY ON FAULTY PRODUCTS
Return the faulty product to our main offices:
To do so you will have to send the product to the address that appears on the invoice. You will have to send the product with it´s original invoice and a letter when you explain the fault of the product. Remember to indicate a phone number or email. D´LOM employes will examine the fault once examined the product, we will contact you through the contact info you sent us. If the product results in not beeing faultly any expenses will be invoiced to the buyer.
You can choose between:
Changing it the product for another one of equal value
The costes of shipping for inferior amounts will be:
5€ for shipping to peninsula and balearic islands.
10€ for the rest of the country.
The shipping times will be specified in the checkout process for the purchase and they correspond to the transit time of the product leaving our workshop.
